The activity:
The Diklat managerial Tingkat Utama objective is to strengthen participants roles & responsibilities in leading people. In this session participants shared their experiences leading people as an Inspiring Leader, Transformational leader and Situational leader. The session atmosphere was set to a ‘serius-santai’ with many group activities.
