Middle Manager Development Program

The activity:

The Middle Manager Development Program objective is to develop Middle Managers skills in specific areas that in line with company objectives. Total time spent for the program was 4 months. It consist of several activities such as: in class program (conducted several times), coaching program (specific coaching needs) , outdoor activities, assignments and presentations. We added some initiatives such as: scoreboard, individual progress report in certain times, scoring, best participants in each cycle, etc.
