The client:

The client is the world’s largest private company in the fragrance and flavor industry. The client headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and operated in 64 countries. The client position is number 2 in global market of fragrance and flavor industry.

The activity:

The Amazing Race objective is to increase emotional bonding among participants. Participants are working in different countries such as Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, India, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. Some of them already knew by email communication only. The activity was conducted in park & mall areas. The participants should cooperate with others to complete the assignment given. Some of the assignment such as: Taking team picture in specific tree, creating story from brands, interviewing local people about local hero, etc. The activity was conducted in limited time and medium pressure. After the tasks were completed, they should present the process in an informal and friendly atmosphere presentation. Activity concept: Four-Branch Model of EI (Goleman, Boyatzis, McKee, 2005)
