The client is State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL – Kantor pelayanan kekayaan negara dan lelang ) Gorontalo Province. The client is under Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia.
The activity:
The Leadership & Motivation Session objectives were: to give participants motivation to enter a new year, to encourage participants to explore their potentials , to understand their roles as government official, to have positive mindset, to have a passion to work in harmony with the values of the finance ministry. The session delivered in two days with several methodologies such as: sharing, group discussion, creative presentation, story telling, games.
