The client is one of the world’s largest private company and operated in many countries.
The activity:
The outdoor training objective was to improve managers skills in Problem Solving & Decision making. In this session they have to solve and make decision in team to complete the assignments given. This was training in outdoor format. Just like indoor training, the participants were given suggested tools to use during the outdoor training session to solve the problems. They could use the tools or find another as long as suited with their needs.
