The client is a manufacturing company over a hundred years since it was first established. With many branches in the world, the client provides services to other companies in the areas of: food and beverages, toiletries and scents.
The Supervisor Development Program was conducted in 3 months. It divided into several cycles. Each cycles consist of activities that should be done by participants. The objectives were to equip participants with soft skill tools that easy applied in daily activities and executable in order to improve their performance to meet company requirements.
